Ramshead Camping and Upper Murray - 6 Sept 2009

Mrs and i decided to head out for a night of snow camping. Weather forecast indicating relatively fine conditions but we got wind and cloud. White out type cloud at Kosciuszko saw us abandon plans to head to Lake Albina and instead we turned back and camped at North Ramshead - mostly due to a nagging other half. Of course as soon as we had set up the cloud lifted. Didn't end up doing any skiing as the cover was near boiler plate and the sun kept hiding on us so no chance for it to soften up. We drove home via Jingellic which was some of the best scenery i have seen. The green upper Murray valley with snowy mountains in the background.
